Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Registration Fee

Khoobsurat Rishte currently charges a one-time registration fee of ₹999. This is a single payment (not a subscription) and is valid for a lifetime until we help you find a suitable match — there are no recurring or auto-renewal charges.

The fee covers our personal matchmaking effort — understanding your requirements, preparing and presenting your profile, and shortlisting suitable prospects for you.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because we begin working on your profile and search soon after registration, the fee is generally non-refundable once our service has started.

As a goodwill measure, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment provided we have not yet shared any match suggestions or begun active searching on your behalf.

Refunds are not available on the grounds that a match was not found, as matchmaking depends on mutual acceptance and factors beyond our control.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us with your registered name, email, and payment reference. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellation

You may stop using our service at any time. As the fee is a one-time payment, there is nothing to cancel and no future charges will be made. You may also request deletion of your profile and data at any time.
